Ordering and pickup

Spring Creek Kitchen is shared by several food businesses, and each one sells its own food. When you order online, you’re buying from the business cooking that day, and your payment goes straight to that business through Stripe.

Online orders are paid by card when you order. Paying in person works differently for each business, so check their menu page or ask at the counter.

When you order, you can have it ready as soon as possible or pick a later time that day, while that business is open. Pick up at the counter and give your name. You’ll get an email confirming your order.

If a business is closed or has paused online ordering, the site says so and won’t take new orders for it.

Refunds and problems with an order

Each business handles its own refunds. If something’s wrong with your order, tell them at the counter when you pick it up, and they can fix it or refund you from their Stripe account.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.

Allergens

Different businesses cook in this kitchen on different days and share the same equipment, so we can’t promise any food is free of a particular allergen. Common ones like wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, and soy may be in the kitchen on any day.

Menu descriptions don’t always list every ingredient, but every business that cooks here is required to identify the allergens in its food. If you have a food allergy, ask at the counter before you order.

Each business cleans the kitchen when its day is done.

Privacy

When you order

Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, and card details at checkout. The business you ordered from sees your name, phone number, and what you ordered so they can have it ready. Card numbers go to Stripe and never touch this website.

The Kitchen List

If you sign up for the Kitchen List, we keep your email address to send updates about the schedule and menus. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

Applications

If you apply to cook here, your application goes to MMFEC staff so they can review it and contact you.

Visits to this site

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It doesn’t identify you by name.
