Kitchen slots · Ronan, Montana
Your name here.
If people already ask for your food, a slot here gives you a licensed kitchen, a counter in Ronan, online ordering, and a page on this site. You pick the days and hours that fit your business and hold them for a month or two.
What you get
What a slot comes with
A licensed kitchen
Commercial equipment, already inspected, so you can cook at real volume and sell legally.
The counter
A storefront that sees lunch traffic, with online ordering set up. Orders pay straight into your own Stripe account.
This website
Your own page with your story, your menu, and your days on the schedule, in your colors from the day you open.
Technical assistance
MMFEC staff help with licensing, food safety, costing, pricing, packaging, and marketing.
The Kitchen List
People on the kitchen’s email list hear about you when you join the schedule.
Sales history
Real sales numbers from a storefront, which lenders and landlords ask to see before they’ll work with you.
Who it fits
The almost-ready stage.
This is for food businesses in the Mission Valley and western Montana that sell at farmers markets, cook at home under cottage food rules, or have a family recipe they want to sell.
You don’t need to be licensed yet. Getting licensed is part of the work MMFEC does with you.
Get started
Tell us what you cook.
A short walkthrough covers what a slot involves and what MMFEC expects from you, and the application is at the end. It takes about fifteen minutes.
- MMFEC staff read every application as it comes in.
- If it looks like a fit, they’ll call you to talk about timing and what you need.
- Your days go on the schedule and you start cooking.
